The PACN website now provides quality information specific to your practice for your review. By logging in to your new member dashboard, you will see only your practice’s information, including your ranking within the network as it relates to value-based contract performance, care gap data, STAR scoring (if applicable) and other actionable information. If you have haven’t already done so, be sure to register for the website to access your practice’s data.
