Dr. Paul Williams Dear PA Clinical Network Member, The PA Clinical Network is saddened that the community of independent practices has lost a committed physician. Dr. Paul Williams, D.O., of Houcks Road Family Practice, has passed. Dr. Williams was an esteemed member of PACN, serving as chair of the Funds Flow Committee, and was an active participant with the Quality Committee.
