At the PA Clinical Network, we believe that a continued strong presence for independent practices across the state is critical to the future vitality and diversity of the medical profession and to the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
We fully recognize, acknowledge, and respect the value that the scale and resources of large institutions contribute to our profession’s ability to advance medical science and apply it in clinical practice. We also recognize the importance of ensuring that consumers continue to have choices in how, where, and from whom they receive care—including the ability to choose the in-depth relationships and personalized attention that independent clinicians in primary and specialty care are uniquely positioned to provide.
Our mission is to work together with our members to ensure that our community continues to have the option to choose their healthcare provider from a thriving private-practice sector that offers individual singular strengths as well as influences that complement the institutional model in productive, beneficial ways. We fully expect that the entire care delivery system in Pennsylvania, and the health of Pennsylvanians, will be better as a result.
